End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Club services and software solely for your personal Club membership purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer our software.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and Club activities

  • Keep your account information secure

  • Not share your login credentials

  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services

  • Follow all Club rules and policies

3. What We Own

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by the Club remain our property. You don't acquire ownership rights to any of our intellectual property.

4. Service Availability

We provide our services "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including lost data, interruptions, or other issues.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services if you violate this agreement. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use our software ends immediately.

7. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this agreement and will notify you by posting the updated version. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Maine.
